Returns/Refunds

If you experience a product defect or an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your ORDER # in the subject line for the quickest resolution.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-orders may be canceled within 7 days of purchase.
  • After 7 days from the date of purchase, all pre-order sales are final.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Details

  • Receipt Required: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Do Not Return to Manufacturer: Returns should not be sent to the product manufacturer.
  • Approval Required: Contact us at [email protected] for explicit approval before sending any item back. Items sent without approval will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is:

  1. Approved, received, and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to officially post.
  3. Follow up with your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged, and if stock is available.

  • For size exchanges or defective items, email us at [email protected] to initiate the exchange process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • For refunds, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Recommendations:

  • For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking or insurance.
