Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
- Pre-orders may be canceled within 7 days of purchase.
- After 7 days from the date of purchase, all pre-order sales are final.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Return Details
- Receipt Required: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Do Not Return to Manufacturer: Returns should not be sent to the product manufacturer.
- Approval Required: Contact us at [email protected] for explicit approval before sending any item back. Items sent without approval will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is:
- Approved, received, and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to officially post.
- Follow up with your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged, and if stock is available.
- For size exchanges or defective items, email us at [email protected] to initiate the exchange process.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- For refunds, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Recommendations:
- For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
- We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking or insurance.
