At Mehchant, we package and ship your order as quickly as possible.
- Immediate Processing: Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. This means changes or cancellations may not be possible after submission.
- Verification and Approval: Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 2 business days to process.
- Pre-Sale Orders: Processing timelines for pre-sale items are different and will align with the scheduled release date.
Shipping Schedule
- We ship orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
- No shipments are processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may affect shipping timelines.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Once a package leaves our facility:
- Mehchant is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- Any issues with the package’s transit must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.
