• Verification and Approval: Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 2 business days to process.
• Pre-Sale Orders: Processing timelines for pre-sale items are different and will align with the scheduled release date.

Shipping Schedule

• No shipments are processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once a package leaves our facility:

• Mehchant is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
• Any issues with the package’s transit must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.
