Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However:

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue (preferably with photos). We will assist with a replacement or resolution.
  • Pre-Order Cancellations: See below for details on canceling pre-orders.

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible to cancel a pre-order.
  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled within 2 weeks of the release date. Cancellation requests submitted before this period will be processed.

Pre-Orders

  1. Pre-orders typically ship two weeks before the release date for international addresses and one week early for US orders. While we strive to deliver pre-orders on time, we cannot prevent all shipping delays.
  2. If your order includes a pre-order item, all items in the order will ship together. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-orders and available items.

Shipping

  • Responsibility: Mehchant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. These claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.
  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Re-Sending Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a requested exchange, additional shipping fees will apply.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: While we cannot be held liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, we are here to help guide you through resolving issues with the shipping carrier.

Defective Items

We’ll review your claim and work on sending a replacement or finding another suitable resolution.

Customs Fees

  • International shipments may incur customs fees, taxes, or duties based on your country’s regulations. Mehchant cannot predict these charges, and they are not included in our shipping costs.
  • Customers are solely responsible for paying customs fees upon receipt of their package.
  • In the rare case that a package is returned due to unpaid fees, additional shipping costs will apply for re-sending the package.

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within applicable regions based on local regulations.
  • No sales tax is applied to orders shipped outside these regions.
